So, I logged onto Loughborough's accommodation site and my student number has changed from a really random long one to a 7-character one like all the current students have!!!!

I can't tell any of my RL friends cos they'd hate me but I so hope this means I'm in!!!!!

I've applied for Robert Bakewell hall at Loughborough, and I was just on the facebook group when I saw the name of someone I used to know. Turns out, it is that person! How completely random. Don't think I'll say anything in my attempt to remain anonymous and therefore get a completely fresh start.

Exams are going OKish. The big 3 hour geography exam is on friday, and then its maths and physics until my last one on the 23rd.

I've decided I'm going to treat myself to the Sims 3 as well after my exams. It'll give me something to do until September!

I'm also going to make my LJ friends only I think. This username gets used quite a lot and I like having somewhere to hide!

I found out the name of his car! Gotta love him!

In more depressing news, as part of my Maths A level I have to learn about Hamiltonian Cycles and the Maclaurin series. Not happy!

But Dario won and TK has to grow an afro, so all is good!

Wow, it's been a while since I was last on, so time for an update I guess.

I got the results back from my January exams; A in my A-level maths, A in my Geography coursework, A in the Critical Thinking re-sit and A overall now on my AS Physics, however I only went up 4 UMS so I've got a hell of a job on my hands if I want an A overall but I'll give it my best shot!

I've spent the whole of the easter holidays revising, basically meaning I haven't really had a holiday at all. I have made all my Physics notes and written a Geography essay, but I feel I should have done more. It's just so boring, and the knowledge that it won't end until June 23rd when I have my last exam isn't making me feel any better.

The good news is all my exams are pretty well spaced out, including no exams after the Champions League final which will be nice (provided we're in it!).

Talking of Champions League, helluva game last night!

Anyways, Formula One. What an insane start to the season! So completely happy for Jenson, and it's especially good because everyone in Sixth Form is cheering him on, and no-one likes Hamilton anymore. I'm stunned that McLaren could be such idiots, but I thinks they've made themselves look silly enough, they don't need kicking out for good. 

Would however be nice to see a race actually finish! Two F1 finishes behind the safety car, an A1 race finished 3 laps early, a BTCC race finished early (what a save Plato!) and a 125 race abandoned after 4 laps (poor Pasini!). Hopefully China will reach the end!

Now all I've got to do is find a dress for the leavers ball (so if anyone knows of any good dress shops let me know :) ) I tried two on in Coast and looked ridiculous, so I'll try again on Friday, otherwise I'm stuffed.

Oh, and I'm writing this from my shiny new HP laptop :D It actually works! Heeehee!

I've kind of been invited to a party tomorrow night (it's my friends boyfriends friends birthday/New Year party) but I'm pretty sure I was only invited cos they're trying to set us up (and I'm completely not interested). Its fancy dress and I really can't be bothered getting dressed up. The only good thing is we're meant to be going back to a friends for midnight, but even she isn't one of my best friends.

I'm also doing resits and A2 exams in January. My resits are Physics and are two weeks today, but I've done no revision. I could do some on Thursday, but if I go to the party I won't get home until dinner, and thats another half a day gone. I'd planned to do some today but I got invaded by relatives.

Everyone is trying to make me go (the old 'have some fun', 'its only one night' etc) and if it was anyone elses party I'd love to. Aaargh! I just know if I don't go everyone will call me a miserable so and so which pisses me off more than anything.

WOW!!!! As a bit of a physics nerd this game is amazing! I love it!

I also got a DS and I now keep getting laughed at whenever I talk to my Nintendog. Tho I have taught it to wiggle its bottom which I don't think I was supposed to do... Never mind!

I put the F1 review on for about 30 seconds, realised the title was actually the truth and they weren't even going to go through the season in order, it was just going to be LewisLewisLewis for an hour and returned to watching the football.

I was however ecstatic that McNish beat Hamilton to British driver of the year in the Autosport awards! My voting paid off! lol!

Loughborough is definately my first choice uni :D I'm so excited!! I now need to revise for my resits and get the grades necessary and I'll be a happy bunny! *bounces*

Unfortunately I've lost my voice and I think I'm beginning to get a cold... Not good.

And I'm withdrawing my Cambridge application. I don't want to go at all and I much prefer the other uni's so there's no point in going to an interview for something I don't want.

Rule 1:
At a rolling start, you don't go when you leave the last corner, so you have to go slowly until the lights turn green

Rule 2:
You have to be weighed at the end of the race with your helmet (though it was quite funny seeing him get ready for the podium, only to have to pick up his helmet. He looked very confused)

And a general rule:
If you shake the champagne enough the cork will come out *nods*

But yay for the third place! And yay for Team Ireland. And as per usual, GBR was crap, so I don't really mind :p

Got two more offers; AAB from Liverpool and ABB from Sheffield. And If I can't get a good offer from Liverpool (AAB is the highest they offer, so they clearly don't want me) then I won't get into Cambridge, so it looks like Loughborough is my first choice and Sheffield is my second.

I can't find any decent DS offers, and no-one seems to actually sell the silver ones! Might end up with a black one.

But in good news, the garage where I work now sell Wispa's, which means I feel compelled to buy them! Because no matter how nice the Aero bubbles man is, Cabury's always beats Nestle!

Because if I'm at work, how can I view both F1 and MotoGP next year, because BBC will surely stuff MotoGP onto the red button :s *angry face*

I'm also getting a DS for xmas, so if anyone has any game recommendations I'd appreciate it :D

Anyways, I've had an offer from Loughborough :D:D:D:D:D:D AAB, which is what I expected so I'm happy :D I also have interview at Sheffield and Liverpool next week so *fingers crossed*

Now to compile an angry letter to the Beeb!

I have spent all day having the piss taken out of me because I'm the only Massa fan in the entire school. The only person that could have defended me is off ill so I was left on my own against everyone!
